The Jizerská magistrála is one of the best-known cross-country networks in the Czech Republic, and one of its access points is right in Příchovice. Set off for Jizerka in the morning and be back in the warm by evening.

The Jizerská magistrála from Příchovice
The official Kořenov – centre access point is at the Motorest Příchovice bus stop, about 1.7 km from the chalet as the crow flies, with parking for 40 cars. Other access points nearby are Horní Polubný – Václavíkova studánka and Martinské údolí.
The trails are groomed by Jizerská o. p. s., which publishes where and when the groomer last ran.

To Jizerka and Smědava
Two routes are groomed from Kořenov to Jizerka: from Martinské údolí by TJ Slavoj (8 km) and from Horní Polubný (7 km). Jizerka is a mountain hamlet in the middle of the hills and a classic full-day destination.
From there, skiers traditionally continue along the Jizerská road to Smědava and return via the Promenádní path. From Smědava, a climb of about three kilometres leads to Knajpa.
Evenings on the floodlit track
Above the U Čápa resort in Příchovice there is a floodlit cross-country track you can use after dark. You can rent cross-country skis and snowshoes at the resort, so there's no need to bring your own.

The Jizerská 50 is a 50 km classic-technique race starting and finishing at the stadium in Bedřichov, part of the Worldloppet and Ski Classics series. It takes place every February, so it's worth booking early.
In summer by bike and on foot
There are many marked hiking trails around Kořenov and around 100 km of cycle routes. Bikes and e-bikes can stay overnight in our garage, where you can also charge them.
